If someone were to ask us where Scrap Specialists originated, we would probably tell them it all began waiting for our Energy Economics in the hallway of the Quinn building at the University of Rhode Island. The first words ever spoken: "Hey man, my name is Cory."  We would later find irony in the fact that our friendship (which later blossomed into our environmental business) all began in one of the most energy inefficient buildings on campus. We quickly became fast friends.
