Our role in the re-manufacturing process is crucial. We are responsible for collecting recyclable materials, processing them and finally, selling the materials to wholesalers and manufacturers. An item collected is an item not occupying space in a landfill or polluting our fragile environment. Our three phase process includes:
Phase One: Collection
First, a waste stream analysis is conducted for your commercial/industrial business. This analysis allows us to determine what volume of recyclables is generated by your business.
Once we have identified the variety materials that we can accept we proceed to set up a container to collect your recyclables. We have the ability to custom build containers to fit any location restrictions or obstacles you may have.
After our container is in place, we provide support for you and your employees to help identify which types of materials can be placed in the co-mingled recycling container.
After the container is full, give us a call; WE GUARENTEE pick-up within 48 hours of your phone call.
Phase Two: Processing
When we arrive at our facility, we separate the materials into holding bays. This step is crucial to ensure there is no more than 5% cross-contamination of materials.
As the holding bays begin to fill, the materials are moved to our baler where our 60” vertical baler does the real work. Other materials are placed into large plastic and cardboard containers capable of holding several tons of materials.
Other materials must be further processed in a specialized manner before they can be sold.
Phase Three: Re-manufacturing
The processed materials are then sold to businesses around the state and around the globe. These companies process the recyclables further in a variety of ways including grinding, melting, shredding, milling, and much more.
